Sunny Sunday

This past Sunday we finally had a warm day with sunshine

so, we took advantage of it and spent the afternoon outside!

We played ball, made faces at the camera, Greg taught Lily a new sport that she is of course unnaturally already good at, checked out Daddy's hat, made more faces at the camera, and learned that after 36 years of laughing and squinting at the sun, eye cream as become a necessity!

I know it's been awhile....

but, I found the cord....

the cord that lets me transfer pictures....

from my camera to my computer....

so, get ready....

we have the last 6 months to catch up on!

Like first hair cuts!

Christmas with cousins!

Hugging wrestling matches with cousins!

Dancing at the beach!

 And, crying with our cousins!

Memory Lane

It's funny how easy it is too come up with other things to do when you have a sink full of dirty dishes!

Lily and I were looking at all of the pictures that are on my computer.  She is Star of the Week the first week after Christmas break.  This means she and her teacher put together a poster all about Lily.  We were picking pictures she wanted to print and bring in to attach to her poster and there were so many fun old pictures to see that I thought it would be fun to put some of them up on the blog....

plus, I really don't feel like washing those dishes right now!

There are years that are missing, but it's still a fun walk down memory lane!

 Who would have thought exactly one year later there would be a little 2 month old boy 

and a 2 week old boy added to both of these families!
